A weekly four-page newspaper from Monticello, IN, that presumably was from the perspective of northern "wartime" democrats. One of the editors of the paper included Daniel D. Dale, the father of George Dale who started the Post-Democrat. There are three existing copies that can be found anywhere as of February 2024.
